If you mean OVH, I am not sure but we had been attacked by their compromised servers as much from NETDIREKT, SoftLayer and Dedibox(FR) on the same level(rant).

What I do not understand is why hosting companies do not provide the service to their customers that is simply monitores against the known holes(requests)... It takes days for the IP to get shot down. If the firewall takes XYZ FACT to prevent from getting in why there is no YXZ for getting out?...

Over 700 hits today by this bot, all within 7 minutes, on a single virtual site. Far too fast.

It already knew the site because it went straight for a lot of files (including non-HTML docs) that were not in the menu (all linked from lower pages).

Already blocked in "firewall" (part of OVH servers) but now blocked by IIS.
