visits from 127.0.0.1

I use AsRep as tracing tool and have noticed last 7-8 months a lot visits and clicks from IP address 127.0.0.1
Looking closer i see very oft referrers come from google searching site. Once is google.com.tr, then google.jo, then google.ca...
Sometime also direct request.
It is definitive not local copy from some computers because i will see then as referrer C: or D: or E: driver or whatever. Is possible that this have something to do with google desktop server engine or someone else have any idea?

All you're seeing is the loopback of your own machine. Maybe you or one of your apps uses it for something. It's an internally reached address used mainly as a sanity check.

Are you seeing 127.0.0.1:4664? That's Google Desktop Search.

I do not see any port but i see IP address 127.0.0.1 with referrers from google.com.tr, then google.jo, then google.ca
I suspect that it may be google desktop server engine but the problem is that i do not know who is who because 127.0.0.1 is showed for everybody who use it. Impossible to block it through .htaccess in case of abuse.
