These two UA were hitting the same two files from the same IP all last week. Does anyone know if this IP range is for corporate or if it's perhaps an open proxy? I couldn't find anything on WebmasterWorld about it using search.

Hey Gary,
Perhaps you were just using invalid terms.

There's a couple of more threads from this same time frame.

A while back, another had some communication with MS and offered the possibility of MS staff exploring unique keywords in an attempt by MS to expand their vocabulary.

Whether all this is related to your current issues is unknown.
I've had the Class B denied since 2003.

Thanks, Don. It seems like at the very least a related issue. I'm gonna ban it too.

WHttpTest is a Java client used to test servers to see how they handle CC/PP*.

*CC/PP is the W3C standard to allow devices to communicate their capabilities to each other.
