Most everybody has various versions of this UA denied.
The crawler is the only one that could explain their criteria.

From their website:

Grazr grazes off the path and tries to grab the page of content linked to your feed.

It's still allowed to get my RSS feeds as they are unrestricted but anything stepping off the feed is blocked.

Grazr also operates out of two IP blocks 72.52.238.* and 72.52.203.* both hosted at Liquid Web.

I blocked the whole liquid web range, no end users come from it since a hosting site. And it seemed from posts here alot of baddies hosted on their IP range.
