Bookmarks manager - at least, it says it is. Check&Get is its name and I think Check&Get is what gets mangled into the UA.

I've been looking out for it for a long time but it's rare. Having said which, there were two hits last week, two minutes apart and from different IP blocks: both USA and both the same broadband company so could be the same user.

I see a specific page on my site being linked to this UA from mostly asia, netherlands and romania, all appears to be spamming attempts.

I wonder if the expanded-ampersand version may be a fake? Google returns both as "valid" bookmarkers, though.
