Ask/Teoma on Verizon Biz?

Is Ask/Teoma coming from Verizon Business now? I've had this C range blocked for a while, but now it's catching this:

If no one else has seen this, it's probably just a UA spoof.

for the obscured number, I used "125", which upon using tracert shows as "ask.com".

I generally just use an online WHOIS which reports that:

65.192.0.0 - 65.223.255.255
MCI Communications Services, Inc. d/b/a Verizon Business

As do I, however recently due to similar lack of sub-nets defined by a few major providers (Verizon, Comcast and Road Runner), I find myself using tracert more and more.
