They may be an ISP, however nothing on their website suggests same? Anybody know?

ARIN record contains NameServer, RNOCEmail and OrgTechEmail entries with ISP's domain. Searching for ISP's name and OrgName I found a PDF stating that the ISP is "A Division of" OrgName.
