Or is it some other Google tool?

Found some search references that suggests it's google's sitemap, however the following lines inconsistent.

In addition, links off the /MyFolder/MyPage.html were followed to sister site, where it grabbed three pages and CSS under the google IP;

As well as images for two of the sister site pages under a private IP:

Here's some other intel about MSDigitalLocker:

I think you're seeing the web accelerator or something else because I get a lot of traffic from 66.249.84.* which isn't bot related.
