This spider is from germany but I'm not sure exactly what it is?

I allowed the full IP in this case because it's verified to be owned by the bot with a reverse DNS of "robot.acoon.de"

It's an open source search engine that appears to be written in Delphi.

Here's the user agent:

First it was:
"Acoon-Robot 4.0.2.17 (http://www.acoon.de)"

Now I'm seeing it as:
"OpenAcoon v4.0.3 (www.openacoon.de)"

They are on the Host Europe 80.237.128.0 - 80.237.255.255 IP range which I have blocked (80.237.128.0/17)
