Spotted here back in 2005
[webmasterworld.com...]
coming from a German IP range
Now seeing it from an Italian IP range (fastweb.it)

User Agent: "oegp v. 1.3.0"
at 16 page requests per minute

not requesting robots.txt
immediately crawling after what appeared as a normal MSIE 7.0 visitor landing from the serps and browsing few pages, requesting images and styles.css

Here's the strange bit, it came from:
213.156.52.112 - 213.156.52.127
Infrastructure for Fastweb's main location

looking up a bit:
so is 213.156.52.0 - 213.156.52.95
and 213.156.52.96 - 213.156.52.111 too

213.156.52.128 - 213.156.52.143 is
NAT IP addresses for residential customer, public subnet which is where I would have expected the scraper to be coming from..

Perhaps it's a proxy from 213.156.52.0
