New bot or fake?

I haven't seen this one before

Its IP traces to Frontiernet in Rochester, New York so I think it most likely is fake. All it did was to access robots.txt -- so far.

Remember that all googlebot IP addresses reverse DNS resolve to "crawl-nnn-nnn-nnn-nnn.googlebot.com." and anything else is a fake or googlebot crawling through a proxy.

Same with the main Yahoo, MSN and ASK spiders.
