such as:

66.249.85.84 PageFetcher-Google-CoOp;
72.14.193.68 PageFetcher-Google-CoOp;
72.14.194.29 PageFetcher-Google-CoOp;
72.14.193.162 PageFetcher-Google-CoOp;

My question is: Are these google robots?

Looks like authentic Google IP addresses.

And you can add: 72.14.192.0 - 72.14.255.255 to the above list since PageFetcher-Google-CoOp is new.

Do you consider that these IP address are used for fetching pages? if not, what's the purpose of them?
Are these User Agents good for SEO, that is to say, this will effect the search ranking?
