A possibly innovative service, who claim to respect third-party copyright in their TOS, however neither their bot nor their website seems to have heard of robots.txt etc.

Its main use will probably be as a Scraper (to create feeds for automated RSS posting to blogs) - if it ignores robots.txt then it needs to be blocked in some other way.
