On the other hand, I've been seeing regular traffic from the employees at Intel, with those ip addresses for the last 2 years. From the search terms, I can tell that they are surfing while working from the complex across town from me (Portland, OR).

134.134.136.1-5 and 14.

So this must be something completely new.

It's a proxy, that much I know for sure:

So it's probably mixed traffic.
