The only references that I found related to "inefield/3.0a1" suggests it's the Beta test for Firefox 3.0.

I think they are using it to generate snap shots of the web pages for one of there services. Its denied on my site since it ignores the robots.txt file. I started seeing this a about a week to two weeks ago about.
