I just saw this bot in my logs:

202.96.51.151
bot/1.0

Doing a whois shows it is a "Microsoft" bot. It even has a @microsoft.com email and is described as Microsoft China Co. Definitely not MS China IMO.

IP range: 202.96.51.128 - 202.96.51.255

Same IP's hit my server a lot of times.

I've seen several odd things coming out of MS in the U.S. so this wouldn't surprise me to be MS China as it could be something someone is testing.

I'm blocking it until they give me more info than bot/1.0.
