keyplr,
I've had the Class B of this provider denied since at least 2003 (perhaps sooner). At one time I had a mjaority of the providers ranges denied.

Although my data (and ARIN subnets) provides multiple references to business use (and [perhaps 3d party),
I may open this Class B and sift through the crap.

One early reference I had from 64.152.75 was the Scooter-Alta Vista bots (later renamed Overture-later renamed Yahoo [I believe]).
Also one named Intelliseek from another range in the Class B., a brand protection.

These references are all 2003 and older.
