Has anyone seen this?

Upon checking the logs of a newly launched blog page, I noticed that a single post is hammered by this spider (more than 30 hits to the same page just within 10 hours).

I do not know if mentioning the IP is against TOS. But the IP whois reveals OrgName as Overture, and NameServer as Yahoo.

Has anyone seen this also? And what is this?

Something development machine #25? I'd guess "RSS dev #25" -- grabbing your blog for a feed.
