I visited the link. The 2nd sentence on the page claims that the bot is run by "masterminds", followed by fluff about market research and growth. The bot does respect robots.txt, but between their sheer "mastermind" arrogance and secretive marketspeak, does anyone know of any good reason why we shouldn't ban them?

I see it as simple log spam, very nicely done log spam, but since it leads to a sales pitch, log spam just the same.
