Crawler resides at the ip address of 216.240.157.*, it is the home of my website and crawler, and other ip is not my crawler indexing

Thanks for the info oceaniana. It appears you are spoofing Googlebot from your home system and not from a Nelian Pty Spider, right? I suppose quite a few of us spoof Googlebot from time to time by changing our browser's user agent. I know I've done it.

On a different note, let's try to keep things civilized and professional in here, OK guys? Personal attacks and/or innuendo are unwelcome.

I don't think it's a good idea to "out" Googlebot spoofers as far as pointing out that a particular member of this forum is running spoofed spiders. Although such activities are frowned upon by quite a few active members who participate in the Search Engine Identification Forum, there is no legitimate reason to identify people who disagree with this ethic. It will only cause bad feelings.
