I know this has been discussed and I have looked through it all but still am not sure what is up with this. I have been getting slammed (450 hits so far today) from IP 131.107.0.** and it has no UA. I did a lookup and this IP is a MS IP.

First, anyone have any idea what it is and if it is useful. Second, is there a way to block any access if they do not have a UA?

Thanks for any insight!

Mike

tide.microsoft.com = test integrated development environment?
It seems to be a playground for microsoft engineers.

Accesses can be blocked by using .htaccess.
