The IP Address belongs to Education Department of WA in Perth, AU.

The URL in the user agent doesn't give me any information about what this thing does. It appears to be some sort of tool for interacting with del.icio.us. Can someone explain it to me please?

At the same time this user agent was requesting pages someone from the same IP Address was requesting the same pages using Safari.

Just to follow-up.

I've since learned this is a social bookmarking tool for del.icio.us (I think that's the right domain).
