Yes, I spotted that one as well.
It didn't fetch robots.txt from my site, and fetched only the home page, and two others that are home pages for web rings.
Sure looks like yet another experimental robot.

I Looked further back in the logs, the last time it fetched robots.txt was in July.

I have e-mailed the address in from the original UA asking if it is the same bot.
