The bot has been back four times, each time requesting robots.txt and the same page (not index)

The full IP address of a Yahoo spider is allowable here, in case you were wondering. I've seen Yahoo spiders from that subnet lately.

been visiting multiple times each day and eating 403's a result of my denied APNIC ranges.

It's also been mentioned in other threads, although I was unable to find it utilizing search and going through six pages of threads.
