This user agent seems to identify itself as a bot. But it took files normally only a browser would request like my stylesheet and favicon.

It's also taking a file via automation which is forbidden in my TOS.

Let's have a vote. 1) Human, 2) Dumb Human, or 2) Bot? :)

Also I think your options are probably more realistic than mine.

Either way, since it was taking a file via automation that's clearly disallowed in my TOS it's banned.
