"YahooSeeker/bsv3.9 (compatible; Mozilla 4.0; MSIE 5.5; [help.yahoo.com...] )"

This variant from 68.142.195.156 (opnkap1.search.mud.yahoo.com). That ...crawling-02.html URL doesn't work.

Pardon me for asking what might be a stupid question. Are the double-quotes part of the user agent or are they something you added? Thanks. :)

This thing seems to have morphed into
"Yahoo-Blogs/v3.9 (compatible; Mozilla 4.0; MSIE 5.5; [help.yahoo.com...] )"

GaryK: Those double quotes are not part of the user agent, but taken from the server logs where it's surrounded by quotes.

Thanks. I saw the new one in my logs. BTW,the URL is working now. But it refers to the original user agent not this new one. However the stated purpose of the crawl remains unchanged. :)
