I saw this bot:

The blog ponderer.org is authored by "Tony" who claims to be a Google programmer.

The .js file the user agent string points to seems to be a JavaScript class for annotating Google serps. I haven't really played with it, but it looks interesting.

Yep I was told by the author that it is a Greasemonkey script.
