Previously I had the UA and a small range in the D-Class denied.

With the addition of this new UA and bit larger range, I've gone up to the B-Class of the provider.

Yep, I banned 4.79.217. this a.m. The arin lookup on this doesn't say much. The last hop in traceroute is ***.ipcolo1.sanjose1.level3.***. I am guessing a colocated server harvesting content for whatever reason.
