I'd guess it's msnbot, but without a User Agent it's tough to know for sure. The IP address belongs to Microsoft. I've seen msnbot coming in off a similar hostname before.

Yes, have seen similar stuff in the past in my logs, apparently associated with msnbot.

A whois on that IP address shows it to belong to Microsoft in Redmond WA.
A forward lookup "nslookup sasch1031302.phx.gbl" does not resolve. Lol.
Don't know why they can't have a valid reverse PTR name. This is not RFC compliant. Perhaps a new "standard" there ...
