Does anyone know who speedy.net.pe is. They just started hitting my site and have been hitting it every day for the past few days. I was wondering if I should try to block them.

On a google it's looks like they've been active.
This link has them categorized as a mail spammer:
[src.co.jp...]
Possibly they are just harvesting.

Hi

For your information we did find speedy.pe trolling our site for formail.pl scripts. It would try a sequence of at least 4 files names before taking off.

ie: formmail.pl
FormMail.cgi
FormMail.pl etc.... therefore we blocked them from our site.
