Sorry if this isn't the right area to post this topic. I was wondering if anyone knows how to block users who use programs like offline explorer to download a site. Blocking by user agent name is kinda useless since that program can use mozilla's and internet explores user agent, as well as others.
I've searched everywhere, but it's so hard to find information on this subject, any help is appreciated. Thanks

Blocking by UA is the most effective denial to keep the inocent parties to a minimum.
