Just noticed Googlebot working hard on IP 66.249.64.n

It is a Google IP address - don't know how long it's been in use.

I am trying to see the last time that they indexed our site?

Google is always spidering and indexing. The frequency they hit your site (as well as the depth they spider) depend on your site's pagerank.
