Slurp - Very odd requests

requesting pages that dont exist

Getting some very odd requests from Slurp, anyone shed any light on any of the below?
None of these pages exist, taking the first example, the correct page is domain.com/4445.htm, so why the hell is it requesting Oldenbourg_Interpretationen_Nathan.htm?

Slurp has a long history of mixing up absolute and relative links, sometimes even across unrelated domains.

There's really nothing more enlightening any of us could say about this, unless an inktomi representative stood up to explain the technical reason (I'd prefer they just fix it, though!).

I replaced actual file names with "myfile" and "mydirectory". Also, none of my files have a .htm extension anyway... go figure.
I'm banning this IP if it happens again since I don't get much traffic from Inktomi anyway.
