Exodus (CW) spoofing Google

Exodus via Cable & Wireless spoofing User Agent

Today I found an interesting log in my stats...

Host: 64.68.88.46 Url: /nav_mediacenter_off.gif Http Code : 200
Date: Oct 20 06:30:06 Http Version: HTTP/1.0" Size in Bytes: 593
Referer: - Agent: Googlebot-Image/1.0 (+http://www.googlebot.com/bot.html)

Normally, I would not have thought anything about this. But what caught my eye is that it indexed at about 7 minute intervals for a total of 23 hits. Each time it hit, it changed its IP (all within the same block)

The IP returns as:

So, now they are spoofing UA? Isnt that a big NO-NO? Went to their website to send an email.. and it is offline. How funny is that.

Would you suggest IP banning the block?
