It visited my site on September 8th and I've got strong suspicions it is a spambot/mail harvester since it used one of my ip and date/time logged mail addresses to send spam just a few seconds ago.
The IP address is assigned to Telefonica (Spain) and that also matches the language spam mail was written in.
The thread you referred to seems to confirm my worries, although I have proof it grabs e-mail addresses. I banned it through .htacces.
