At 4:13PM I was visited by Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)
and Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3.1) Gecko/20030425 from IP 68.166.235.57

This doesn't seem overly suspicious to me. The IP belongs to a DSL provider, and looks like it's one of their clients/users.

It's probably someone who wanted to check your site in two browsers (a developer, maybe?), or perhaps someone who saw your site in Mozilla, then wanted to check the PageRank with the Google Toolbar in IE? (I did this often, myself.)

The UA changed within the same minute. I think that even with a DSL connection it would take a little longer than a minute to view my site in one browser (which loaded only HTML), open another browser (which loaded only HTML) and type the URL into it (the referral was blank).

Also, IE6 was first so it couldn't have been someone switching to check my Google ranking.

coyote,

there are times that i have two or three browsers open at the same time... IE, Moz, Opera, Lynx, etc... and copy'n'paste is your friend... i've even hit sites all within a few seconds with each browser to see how they appear... hand controls work much faster than mousing around all over the place... ALT-TAB, CTRL-V, ALT-TAB, ALT-TAB, CTRL-V ALT-TAB, ALT-TAB, ALT-TAB, CTRL-V... and i've just popped thru three different browsers and pasted the text... heck, i do that type of stuff faster than i can type "coyote" :)

MEOW! Well "Kitty" I doubt many programmers and/or designers visit my site since it's in a completely different genre, and most surfers on the WWW of 2003 are just online to be entertained and are not as "expert" as yourself, nor do most surf with more than one brower open.
Also, every UA change I've seen in my logs was a bot pretending to be human.

All webmasters should double check visitors with no referal to make sure they're valid users.

BTW, sentences end with only one . not three >%]
