AOLserver Tcl/3.5.6 - 64.236.187.2 GET / HTTP/1.0 visited one of my internal pages recently.

AOL Server has a facility to load pages as part of its dynamic page generation language which is TCL with some added functionality. It could possibly be someone loading your page from another or it is being linked on someone's homepage.
