Does anybody know this one - InternetLinkAgent/3.1? Its been popping up with higher frequency lately. Thanks.

It's most likely a bot that checks if you have a link back to their site. Try entering IP into browser, if they have dedicated IP for their site, you'll be able to see who that is.
Or if you have only few links you can resolve each domain and compare IPs and figure out who is checking on you.

It appears to be a piece of free Japanese software that works like webferret. It searches multiple search engines and sorts them for you.
