I just got hit by the same bot with the same characteristics as above.

The only thing that was different was the referrer:
[anhaengercenter.de ].
A site featuring German trailers that does not have a link to my site.

Who is this clumsy person?

Host: 211.99.203.197
Referer: [wbrecords.com...] Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.00; Windows 98

I also got hit by this one, last night. Referrer was different again. About 200 requests. No robots.txt.

I was disappointed that they did not fall into my brand new bot trap, but saw that they had all my urls in 'small case' which brought up only 404's!

Clumsy and dumb!
