Qango.com Web Directory

Every few weeks for the last several few months I get this:
217.158.17.25 "GET / HTTP/1.0" 200 13627 "-" "Qango.com Web Directory (http://www.qango.com/)

Doesn't go any further than this and doesn't take robots.txt.

I submitted my site to their directory before this started but have searched high and low a number of times and cannot find it listed.

Perhaps they use a dead link checker on their queue, so they know not to human review a site that is in the list to be reviewed?

Might help to lesson the editor work load.
