Program Shareware Spider

What is it?

I did a search for Program Shareware 1.0.6, but didn't come up with anything. Anybody know what this is? I added Program Shareware 1.0.3 to my robots.txt, but now I've got this other version. Doesn't sound like something I want crawling my pages.
