Slightly odd one here. UA BunnySlippers (no version number or anything) using ip class c 131.107.3 . I say that it is odd because the page they requested was as it appears in display form in AV I think - the url is long, and the central bit is replaced with an elipsis (ie ... ).

The class c resolves to microsoft.

To be exact..

I saw it coming from tide83 and tide84 (.microsoft.com), requested two (not toplevel) pages in french, no referer.

Did not request robots.txt, so seems to be not too well-behaved.

Also those pages are not too well ranked in search engines, and have non-obvious names.

Ideas?

mentioned this the other day.
[webmasterworld.com...]
the bot returned ob Friday and hit a few sub pages.
Read the robots.txts both times.

They seem to changing the UA frequently.

Perhaps part of the new massive NET advertising?
