So, what then do you make of this one? The IP Number pings to 65.161.65.104

Spoof?

There was a looong post just the other day that listed all the IP Numbers that Google uses, but I can't find it now, or I'd see if the IP Number above is on that list...which I doubt.

I've at least one case of Googlebot being faked lately. Here's one:

It's kind of difficult to ban all Google spoofs by IP address, because the nature of the spoofs means they will come from unpredictable IP addresses.
