Coming from IPs 68.96.20.46 and 63.149.73.20, both of which have a web server.
One of the servers is about "Zope, a high-performance object-oriented platform for building dynamic Web applications"
I think I'm going to blacklist this one unless someone knows it to be benign.
The 63 IP on the other-hand offers various services to it's customers which could utilize bandwidth across intranet services.
In addition this IP just another in the number of pesty creatures which continue to crawl out of the Qwest backbone.
