I found it on my logs. It had crawled tons of my pages.

To be perfectly honest we need more information to give you a decent answer - for a start what was the User-Agent string it was using...

At the moment I can tell you;

1) It doesn't have an rDNS name, just an IP
2) The IP is managed by APNIC, which puts it in the Far East / Australia

My gut response is that it's some bad crawler operating out of a Far East location.

My recommendation would be to ban it until you know more. How many pages did it grab? What was the UA?

I had the same problem. Lots of http requests from 202.130.245.216

Seems a little too pervasive to be a spider though.
