I looked back through my records and although the name rings a bell I don't have any documentation.

Most here realize by now that I allow very little far east traffic. However that is my personal preferecne. As a result I'm likely not the best person to help you with a far east bot.

I recall it being quite a task to find out who NEC was a year or two ago?
Seems to me I recall them being a sub-org under somebody else?
