New Spider?

This spider has just been in my logs

12.253.82.232 - - [10/Mar/2003:14:24:41 +0000] "GET /robots.txt HTTP/1.1" 200 344 "-" "rico/0.1"
12.253.82.232 - - [10/Mar/2003:14:24:44 +0000] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 200 1893 "-" "rico/0.1"

I did a search but the post was too old to reply too, also it seems to be coming from a different ip address than the one mentioned.

Ive not managed to find out much information about it so far.
