Anyone know anything about this spider?

Following the link given in the user-agent field reveals a family-safe portal site at mobrien.com with a fairly-detailed page about its robot.

Take a look at that site, and if it can benefit you to be listed there, then I don't see any reason to block this spider as long as it is not misbehaving.
