libwww-perl/5.63 not just from Inktomi or FAST

Tonight I found a new bot using the UA of libwww-perl/5.63 from a data acquisition service. It seems it may be someone using the service to keep tabs on changes to my site. I'm going to disallow this IP. Any thoughts?

Hi Falcon, that UA could come from anyone who uses perl. It is a variant of the default UA for a very popular perl module LWP.
