Anyone heard of Pompos?

The IP is for a french company. I can not read french. So, not sure what they do. Grabbed my robots.txt

Apparently, a bot for a SE that is still under development..first time I've seen this one.

Pompos is a spider used by Illiad.fr . Iliad is affiliated with Free.fr with a large share of the French market. I would let Pompos do his job, no worry.

That translation provides an interesting lesson for french-language technical sites which have some presence in english-speaking markets: Always precede the word "server" with "Web" unless you want the translation to be "waiter"...

Pompos has visited my sites a few times, and did not break any rules.
